Dr. Suhil Bajigni boasts a distinguished 28-year career in civil engineering, marked by expertise in infrastructure, transportation, and land development. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tripoli and pursued master’s and doctoral degrees in civil engineering from the University of Alabama, USA. With leadership roles in top global engineering firms, he oversaw $10 billion worth of infrastructure projects.

A registered Professional Engineer both in the United States and Libya, Dr. Bajigni has a broad knowledge of all aspects of civil engineering and the different types of infrastructure projects.

His professional philosophy centers on fostering partnerships and collaborative teamwork, embracing diversity for mutual prosperity. Driven by a vision of win-win dynamics, he strives for the success of all stakeholders. His goal is to ensure triumphant outcomes, cultivating a culture of continuous success and sustainable growth.

Eng. Jihad Bajigni

General Manager and Operations

Eng. Jihad Bajigni has a remarkable 37-year entrepreneurial journey rooted in computer engineering. Starting with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tripoli, he rapidly advanced in his career. He notably established Libya’s first computer manufacturing facility.

Jihad joined forces with industry colleagues to pioneer a computer manufacturing and assembly plant, becoming a leading provider of personal computers in Libya. They earned distributorships with major IT companies like HP, IBM, and Microsoft. He also received a scholarship for an international business program at San Diego State University.

Post-2011 revolution, Jihad contributed to Libya’s progress by volunteering as Chairman for the Election Committee in Tripoli, collaborating with the United Nations. Today, his focus is on leveraging his experience to support both public and private clients to execute successful infrastructure projects, driving the nation’s growth and advancement.
